Last updated: 2026-03-03
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Feedverse (the “Service”), including our websites, mobile apps, and related services.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Who we are
“Feedverse,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of the Service. For questions, support, or legal notices, contact us at support@feedverse.app.
3. Eligibility and age
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by the laws where you live) to use the Service.
- If you are under the age of majority where you live, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
4. Accounts and security
- You are responsible for your account activity and for safeguarding your login credentials.
- Do not share your password or reuse passwords from other services.
- You agree to provide accurate information (including a valid email address) and to keep it reasonably up to date.
- We may take reasonable steps to protect the Service and users, such as enforcing rate limits, investigating suspicious activity, or requiring verification.
5. Your content
The Service lets you create and share content, including scenarios, character profiles, posts, comments, reactions, and messages (“User Content”).
- You retain ownership of your User Content.
- You are responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights needed to submit it.
- No endorsement: User Content is created by users. Feedverse does not endorse, support, or guarantee the accuracy of User Content, and User Content does not represent Feedverse’s views.
- You grant Feedverse a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for technical purposes such as formatting), display, and distribute your User Content solely as needed to operate, provide, and improve the Service.
- This license includes making your User Content available to others according to your settings and the scenario(s) you participate in.
6. Acceptable use and prohibited content
You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. You agree not to do any of the following:
6.1 Prohibited content

- Use the Service to develop or train models (including AI/ML systems) without our prior written permission.
7. Content moderation, removals, and enforcement
You understand that Feedverse is a hosting platform for user-created content. We do not have a general obligation to monitor all User Content. However, we may (but are not required to) review content or investigate activity to maintain the Service, enforce these Terms, and comply with law.
We may remove or restrict content, limit features, revoke access, or suspend/terminate accounts when we reasonably believe it is necessary, including where content or behavior violates these Terms, infringes others’ rights, or may harm users or the Service.
If you believe content violates these Terms or the law, you can contact us at support@feedverse.app. Please include links, screenshots, and any relevant details.
Reports: We take reports seriously. When we receive a sufficiently detailed report, we will make a reasonable, good-faith effort to review the reported content and decide whether to remove or restrict it, take action on an account, or take other steps we consider appropriate.
We do not guarantee that all reported content will be removed, that we will respond within a particular timeframe, or that we will share the outcome of an investigation. Some content may be retained or preserved if required for safety, legal, or operational reasons.
8. Copyright and intellectual property complaints
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, email support@feedverse.app with:
- Your name and contact information.
- Identification of the work you claim is infringed.
- Where the allegedly infringing material is located (URLs, scenario name, screenshots, etc.).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement that the information is accurate and you are the rightsholder or authorized to act.
9. Paid features and subscriptions (if offered)
The Service may offer paid features or subscriptions (for example, via your mobile app store). If you purchase paid features, your purchase may be processed by third parties such as Apple, Google, or other payment/subscription providers. Their terms and policies apply in addition to these Terms.
We do not store your full payment card details. We may receive limited purchase/entitlement information to provide paid features.
10. Third-party services
The Service may rely on third-party infrastructure providers (for example, for file storage or email delivery). Your use of the Service may involve data being processed by those providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Termination and account deletion
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if needed to protect the Service and users.
You can request deletion of your account. See Data Deletion for instructions and important information about what happens to shared scenario history.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
You may encounter User Content that you find offensive or objectionable. Your use of the Service and interaction with other users is at your own risk.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feedverse will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for all claims related to the Service will be limited to the amount you paid to use the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or $0 if you did not pay).
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Feedverse from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above when changes are made. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice as required by law.
16. Miscellaneous
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
17. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
